Are you suffering from night terrors or nightmares that leave you feeling exhausted in the morning?

Then we will explore the possible causes for your sleep disruption (if you are not already aware of this). This is always very personal to the individual.*

As most sleep disorders are generally stress related in one form or another we will work on techniques to de-stress and relax you, as well as look at lifestyle changes that may be needed and which are contributing towards any stressors.*

We will teach you to self hypnotise, so that you are able to relax yourself when you are no longer with us, * and we will also give you a free mp3 download to take home and use before you go to bed at night .
