My hypnotic gastric-band hypnosis course is conducted over four sessions.
The first session is up to an hour and a half and is an intake session with a small amount of hypnosis.
The rest of the sessions are one hour long and they all include 45 minutes of hypnosis.
Three sessions are each a week apart and the last session is five weeks after the third (at eight weeks).

Included in this price are mp3 recordings for you to listen to in between sessions, as well as handouts.

What is the hypnotic gastric band and how does it work?
The real gastric band works by reducing the size of your stomach, so that you do not feel as hungry and thus do not eat too much. When you reduce what you eat, you lose weight.
The hypnotic gastric band is a virtual hypnotic gastric band created in your subconscious mind through hypnotic direct suggestion. These suggestions empower your subconscious in such a way that you do not feel as hungry, do not want to overeat and thus lose weight.*
The first session I address eating behaviours. I analyse what, how and when you eat and will identify foods that are generating excess calories. We will agree a healthy sustainable eating plan and this is then installed under hypnosis. The remaining three sessions are dedicated to the installation of the hypnotic gastric band .*
